Data Portability Form

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the right to data portability enables you to recover the data you have provided if you so wish.

What is the right to data portability?

The right to data portability gives individuals the right to receive personal data they have provided to a controller in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format. It also gives them the right to request that a controller transmits this data directly to another data controller.

Why we ask an individual for ID?

To remove any doubts about the identity of the person making the request we ask for more information. However, we only request information that is necessary to confirm who you are. Identity required would be a copy of the last Simple Telecoms bill/invoice sent, or other Utility bill within the last 2 months. The document sent must clearly show the full name and address of the person making this request to be forgotten. We will let you know without undue delay and within one month that we may need more information from you to confirm your identity. We do not need to comply with the your request until we have received the additional information.
